Management of Patient Records: Immunisations
Select the patient and click on the Immunisations tab in the left side menu. If you would like to create a new Immunisation record, click on the Add Immunisation button.

Select the type & site of the immunisation from the drop down lists provided, enter the sequence and batch number and click on OK. The newly recorded immunisation will now appear in the list on the Immunisation page.
To view the patient's immunisation schedule, click on the Schedule button.
