Importing the MMEx Address Book into Best Practice

The MMEx address book contains email addresses of everyone on the MMEx network. The details of the MMEX address book can be exported into your patient management system, including Best Practice, and email applications.

Open MMEx on your computer. Go to the Address Book Icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen.

On the Address Book page, you can limit the addresses you wish to display by region or by category. Once you have narrowed down the addresses you wish to export (don’t narrow your search if you wish to export all the addresses in the system), move to the bottom of the screen and under the Export Current List to File option, select Best PracticeExport Now button.

A dialogue box will then appear. Select the Save to disk option then click OK. The Export file will then be saved on your Desktop as an XML document.
