On the Address book page, you can limit the addresses you wish to display by region or by category. Once you have narrowed down the addresses you wish to export (don't narrow your search if you wish to export all the addresses in the system), move to the bottom of the screen and under the Export Current List to File option, select Microsoft Outlook from the drop down list. Click on the Export Now button.
