To personalise your form settings, click on Personalise Forms under Preferences in the Administration tab on the right end of the menu.

The Personalise Forms screen will appear, as shown in Figure 2.

In the very left column listed are all the forms available on MMEx. The Times Sent column just next to that shows a record of how many times you have sent each form. The Last Sent column displays the date at which you last sent each of the forms.
The Favourites column displays whether or not each form is listed as one of your favourites. Forms that are listed as favourites have a "True" marked in that column and will appear directly from the Forms tab in the menu, beneath the All Forms link (for example see Figure 3). Forms that are not favourites will have a "False" marked.

To set a preferred form as a favourite, you can use the Toggle Favourite button, which by clicking on, will alternate the status of the form from "False" to "True" or vice versa. Your favourites list can also be altered directly from the Forms page (Figure 4).

Click on the
symbol to add a form to your favourites. To remove a form from your favourites, click on the
symbol to remove a form from your favourites.
Back on the Personalise Forms page, the Default CC List button allows you to set a default carbon copy of every form of that type that you send to another MMEx user. To add an MMEx user to your Default CC List for that form, click on the button either choose a participant from the MMEx address book or start typing their name in the box and select the person from the drop down list that will appear and click Save (Figure 5).
