Start by selecting your patient and clicking on the Procedures tab in the left side menu. The procedures section in a patient record is used to record details of operations. To add a new operation to the record, click the Add New Operation button.

Complete each field on the page with the relevant information. Once you are finished, click the Add button at either the top or the bottom of the page.
You will then be able to see your new record listed on the main Procedures screen. You can click on the record to view it in detail or make any updates.
