Managment of Patient Records: Results
| The Results page displays pathology reports from the Results In screen when they are assigned to the patient record. In most cases, pathology reports should be automatically assigned by MMEx to the patient record. If, however, there is any discrepancy between the name or date of birth on the pathology report to the patient record, you may need to manually assign the report to the patient yourself from the Results In screen. To view a patient's list of pathology results, click on the Patients tab in the top menu. Select your patient from the patient list, by either browsing through the patients listed in alphabetical order or by using the search feature. Next click on the Results link in the side menu, under the patient's name (Figure 1). Click on an item in the list to view it.
