You can use Best Practice (BP) to view all of your MMEx correspondence, and to answer that correspondence, or begin new correspondence with other MMEx users.
To receive MMEx messages, click on the View Menu at the top of the screen and select Incoming Email.

To open a message in your BP mail page, simply double click on the message. Click on the Refresh View icon to check for new messages.

To send an MMEx message using Best Practice, go to the main page, or within a patient’s file, and click on the Word Processing document.

Type your message and then click on the email icon.
In the Send to box enter the details of the recipient. Remember, you can only send an MMEx message to other MMEx users.

If you click on the ... icon the Best Practice Address Book will open. You can import the MMEx Address book into Best Practice (see MMEx Technical Help Sheet 17). Find the person you wish to send the email to and select their details, then press OK. Having returned to the BP Email page, you can now add any extra information to the message and perhaps change the subject heading before pressing Send.
